Katrina Machado, Managing Partner
Katrina Machado is a skilled executive recruiting and staffing manager with high-level management and career consulting experience spanning more than 20 years. Ms. Machado recently served as the Director of Full Time Staffing and Interim Vice President of Full Time Staffing at Adecco North America. In this role, Ms. Machado was responsible for collaborating with Senior Vice President teams to align market and industry services, working closely with the Operations Team to forecast and develop full-time staffing initiatives, cultivating and leading staffing business solutions with clients. Also as hiring manager for full-time recruiters, developing and executing instructor-led training, participating in the RFP process, and overseeing and managing all financial aspects of full-time staffing revenue goals.
Prior to her current position with Adecco North America, Ms. Machado was the Owner and Chief Executive Officer at Medcore Recruiters, where she provided recruiting and staffing services to healthcare providers throughout the United States. She gained additional experience working as the Regional Vice President of CHCMS/Nurse Finders, the Operations Director and Vice President of Marketing at Living Options of Florida, and Branch director of Kelly Services. Furthermore, Ms. Machado acted as a Recruiter and the Director of Marketing at Senior Care, Inc. for more than 14 years.
John P. Sullivan, Managing Partner
John Sullivan is the co-founder and managing partner of the JP Bryan Group. In this role, he brings 19 years of leadership in the staffing and workforce management. Graduating with a BA in Human Resources from Golden Gate University, he quickly found his niche in Staffing and Recruiting. Mr. Sullivan began his career as a technical recruiter in the industry with RWJ, a division of Express Personnel, one of the largest privately held staffing companies worldwide. Mr. Sullivan was recognized as the #1 technical recruiter nationally and then lead and managed the #1 producing office. As VP of Recruiting and Business Development, Mr. Sullivan played an instrumental role in the creation of their Outsource Recruiting services expanding the program nation wide. He excelled in his career over the years and worked for the two of the prominent national companies in the industry, Kforce and Adecco USA. As a Director at Adecco, Mr. Sullivan was instrumental for creating and implementing one of the first outsourced recruiting models. Also, he has successfully sourced, trained and mentored over 1500+ recruiters in his career making him one of the industries top trainers. Being an entrepreneur, Mr. Sullivan began Recruitovation in 2007, which was a NW most respected Boutique Recruiting firm.
